Payment Policy
Payment in full is due at the time of service. We accept all major credit cards, cash and Care Credit. Personal checks are not accepted. If you would like an estimate for services we'd be happy to provide that via email. Please allow 1-2 business days to receive an estimate for an upcoming appointment. All surgeries and anesthetic procedures require a signed estimate prior to services.

Prescription Policy
All prescriptions require a VCPR (Veterinarian-Client-Patient Relationship) which means that your pet needs to have been seen within 12 months and all required testing is up to date. Prescriptions are good for 12 months from the date written. Please allow 48 hours for all prescription refills. A fee of $25 may be applied for Rush refills. Our online pharmacy My Vet Store Online is available for most medication refills as prescribed by our doctors and does not require a written prescription. If you would like to order from another online pharmacy please request a written prescription and one will be provided to you as applicable. We do not approve prescriptions over email, fax, or the phone for your safety.
No Show Policy
It is important to keep your scheduled appointments. Not showing up for your appointment means that we cannot offer that slot to another patient who may need it. Please give us 24 hours notice prior to rescheduling. A fee of $50 PER MISSED APPOINTMENT SLOT will be applied for missed appointments which means if you have 2 pets scheduled and you miss your appointment, your fee will be $100. No show fees must be paid prior to rescheduling. Calling to cancel or reschedule your appointment the same day may incur a fee of $25.
Arrival Policy
Please call the office to let us know when you arrive. We will give you further instruction on when to come in based on other patients in the lobby and available exam room space. For this reason, our door is locked. This is for your safety and you pet's.
Please have all dogs on a leash and don't let pets wander in the lobby. Cats should be in a size appropriate cat carrier or harness and leash.
